Training in
phonics instruction is significant since college prep programs for teachers do
not sufficiently include the teaching of phonemic awareness in the classroom. Therefore,
many teachers/educators do not have the knowledge base to effectively impart phonics
instruction to students. Consequently, a foundation for learning to
read is not laid and students experience difficulty in reading and learning. Dr. Phonics
TASK, LLC provides creative, innovative and engaging training techniques that
are fun but highly effective in teaching phonemic awareness to participants
that truly work in the classroom to support student learning.
